Our Office
Chris Holland & Associates is a boutique agency which is strategically located on the corner of Diagonal Rd and Ormonde Ave, Warradale (view location map). With car parking facilities and main road exposure, it makes it easy for people to drop in and ask any real estate advice as well as give your property top exposure in our office window display.

When you list your property for sale with Chris Holland, a unique marketing plan is designed around your needs. A plan that presents your home to the market in the best possible way with quality digital photography, internet exposure on 4 major websites and print advertisements in the local Messenger Press and the Advertiser. Each client and property is different and a plan is created with you and to your budget. All advertising and marketing services are provided at cost price.
Each home is personally photographed inside and out by Chris Holland using a professional digital camera. This allows your home to be shown at its very best as we are in control of the quality and quantity, this also allows us to have your property on the internet in hours, not days!
All of our listings are posted on this website, showing all digital photographs and floorplans. We also advertise our listings on the number one real estate website realestate.com.au together with domain.com.au and open4inspection.com.au - giving your home comprehensive online exposure.
High quality colour print material are created in house for each property which means savings to our clients which feature multiple photographs on brochures for open inspections, new release letterbox drops to neighbouring homes and A3 window displays for our office window.
Properties are also adverised in The Advertiser and Messenger Press . We believe we provide an effective print media program.
