Chris has an excellent general knowledge of all facets of Real Estate.  His experience covers a wide range of activities in buying and selling, auctions, sub-divisions, building and investment.

A registered manager and member of the Real Estate Institute of SA for 19 years, he gained his early experience with Frank Holland Real Estate of Glenelg.

Chris was born in Glenelg and educated at Sacred Heart College.  Chris and his wife Pat have been married for 36 years and have three children.

Except for seven years in Alice Springs during the eighties, Chris has always lived locally and has a thorough knowledge of Adelaide south-western suburbs and beyond.

Since starting his real estate career in 1989, Chris has established a network of satisfied Vendors and Purchasers alike, through his honest and conscientious approach. 

This successful approach has expanded his valuable knowledge and experience, and this together with his many years of honing his negotiating skills, benefits you the vendor.

He has constantly been one of the top achievers amongst his peers and continues to achieve outstanding results.

Chris's goals are to continue in Real Estate with the commitment and integrity with his own family owned and operated business.

I am definitely a local girl, having grown up in South Brighton and attended Brighton High School I have always remained in the local area, only having spent 3 years away in Melbourne.

I have been lucky enough to have worked in office administration for over 20 years. Starting my career with ANZ bank, I progressed through the ranks for over 15 years. Office administration and working in a team environment is my passion, I get great reward from seeing the business achieving goals.

It was time for me to change my career direction and having had a eye for real estate, when the opportunity became available to work in the industry, I jumped at the chance to be involved in a rewarding and customer focused career, working with people and making their experience dealing with this business an enjoyable one as my focus.

I live in Plympton with my husband, Bill and 3 children, Lachlan, Christian and Jordan and our adorable dog, Coco.

I enjoy spending time on the weekends watching my boys playing sport, working in the garden and socializing with our friends.
